  • We offer on-site service calls for most Warranty brands. Please contact your Warranty provider and mention Electrotech.

  • Exceptions: We do not offer in-warranty repairs for: LG, GE, Samsung, Electrolux or Frigidaire

  • Labor:

  • $20 per 15 minutes onsite, and is only charged if you choose to have the appliance repaired. Diagnostics for more complicated issues like Sealed System or intermittent issues may be subject to a diagnosis fee of $20 per 15 minutes.

    Parts are additional (and we're always be up front with the prices.)

Most appointments are scheduled for 4-hour windows between 9am and 4pm. Some appointments after 4pm are available for an additional $35 after-hours fee.
